Be-Ge Seating BV, part of the Swedish family-owned Be-Ge group, focuses on the development, production, sales, and service of driver seats. In Europe, buses, trains, trucks, and machines like cranes and forklift trucks are equipped with seats from Be-Ge Seating. The Zaltbommel branch mainly focuses on marketing, sales, and service, serving business customers in the Benelux and France. Approximately 30 employees work at this location, including salespeople, administrative staff, and specialists in production, service and logistics.
We are looking for a:
Sales Support (M/F)
French and English speaking, 24-40 hours per week, Zaltbommel / Hybrid
Are you administratively skilled, good with Word and Excel, communicate easily (also in French and English), and like to organize things? Then we invite you to apply.
You will perform various tasks to support our sales. You will create quotes and documentation and answer emails and phone calls. You will proactively communicate with customers and increase the brand awareness of Be-Ge. Additionally, you will manage customer data, orders, sales terms and conditions in our ERP system. You will also handle the logistical processing of orders and maintain contact with carriers regarding deliveries.
Job requirements:
Education MBO+ / HBO and some experience in a similar role.
Ability to work independently and accurately and think in a solution-oriented manner.
Customer focus and team player.
Language proficiency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of logistics is a plus.
