Bei den Tests der Be-Ge Seating Division wird eine Reihe von Kriterien herangezogen: Polsterung, Best\u00e4ndigkeit, Verl\u00e4sslichkeit und Wartung. Unsere Sitze werden entsprechend den EU-Richtlinien f\u00fcr Fahrzeuge entwickelt und getestet. Die Be-Ge-Gruppe hat in ihr eigenes Pr\u00fcflabor mit T\u00dcV-Zulassung in D\u00e4nemark investiert. Alle Tests werden unter der Aufsicht eines Vertreters des Department Road Safety, T\u00dcV Rheinland, oder der franz\u00f6sischen Zulassungsstelle UTAC durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Sitze werden einem intensiven Pr\u00fcfverfahren unterzogen, welches oft \u00fcber die derzeit geltenden gesetzlichen Anforderungen in diesem Bereich hinausreicht. Sicherheitsgurte und R\u00fcckhalteeinrichtungen werden in Crashtests gem\u00e4\u00df den aktuellsten Standards gepr\u00fcft. Da neue Fahrzeuge und Modelltypen auf den Markt kommen, testen wir unsere Produkte st\u00e4ndig und arbeiten eng mit den Fahrzeugherstellern zusammen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In unserem F&E-Zentrum in Schweden werden auf unserem MTS-Sch\u00fcttelpr\u00fcfstand mit einem fortschrittlichen Belastungsprogramm, das tats\u00e4chliche Arbeitsbedingungen simuliert, Best\u00e4ndigkeitspr\u00fcfungen durchgef\u00fchrt, um Best\u00e4ndigkeit und Funktionalit\u00e4t sicherzustellen. Auf unserem Sch\u00fcttelpr\u00fcfstand wird ebenfalls das Schwingungsd\u00e4mpfungsverhalten gemessen und gepr\u00fcft, ob die europ\u00e4ischen und internationalen Normen wie ISO 7096 und EN 13490 eingehalten werden. Um die Entwicklungsanforderungen der Kunden zu erf\u00fcllen, wird die schnelle Prototypenentwicklung immer notwendiger. Mit unseren modernen 3D-Druckern k\u00f6nnen wir Prototypen und Muster mit Abmessungen von bis zu 298\u00d7185\u00d7203 mm direkt aus dem CAD-System erstellen. Blechteile f\u00fcr Prototypen werden rasch von unseren Anlagen der Be-Ge-Gruppe in der N\u00e4he unseres F&E-Zentrums in Schweden gefertigt.<\/p>
